What would lego bowtie sets look like? This was the question that got me to start playing with AI and Dall-E to see what would AI create if prompted to think of Bowtie sets from the famous Lego bricks.
And of course, since we also have themes, I also asked that the sets be created in said themes. So here’s what it came up with.
1. We start off strong with the main themes: Star Wars, Batman, Spiderman, Harry Potter, Ninjago. Some came out pretty good and some I’ve actually made afterwards:
Yes, you saw it right, there are 3 with Spiderman. Just came out that way and they looked ok.
2. Alright, next up we continued our lego bowtie sets prompting with Super Mario, Disney, Marvel, Flowers, Minecraft and Jurassic
I have to say I was a bit dissapointed when I saw what AI came up with for the Lego flowers theme as there are so many parts and colors right now from all the botanical sets.
3. In the third round I covered some of the other popular themes and older long lasting themes: Technic, Sonic, Bionicle, Dots and X-Men.
Again, would have expected more from the Technic and Bionicle sets, but that’s ok. Just leaves more room for me to get creative and show these themes’ full potential when it comes to Lego bowties.

And that’s a wrap for lego bowtie sets created by AI. It was a lot of fun and who knows, maybe in the future we will actually have official sets just for bowties.
